Deep Roots In Central Arkansas
I am attorney Bailey Ellis Farner. I was born and raised in Hot Springs, and my family reaches back through Garland County’s history for six generations. After graduating from Lake Hamilton High School and Henderson State University, I studied law at Atlanta’s John Marshall University. I then returned home to provide legal assistance to my neighbors in the community I grew up in.
I pride myself on my ability to handle in-depth and complex legal issues, and to communicate those issues clearly to my clients. I hold myself to a high ethical standard, and I see it as my job to help my clients obtain justice in their legal challenges by standing up for their interests in criminal and civil legal proceedings.
