Bailey Ellis Farner
I'm a proud Garland County, Arkansas native, and a Lake Hamilton High School alum with a strong passion for music. I pursued higher education at Henderson State University, earning a major in political science and a minor in communication. My love for law flourished during my time on the debate team, which ultimately led me to Atlanta John Marshall Law School, where I earned my Juris Doctorate in May 2021. I successfully passed the Bar exam that July.
After gaining valuable experience for a year and a half, I decided to open my own firm. Throughout my career, I've had the pleasure of working with and against many seasoned attorneys, practicing in nearly every legal area except for tax and bankruptcy law. My practice spans District Court, Circuit Court, and Appellate Court, where I apply my ability to think creatively and tackle complex cases.
I hold Bar Licenses in both Arkansas and Oklahoma, having passed the Universal Bar exam with a score that qualifies me to practice in all jurisdictions that accept it. My goal is to ensure every client feels heard, validated, and confident that they have a dedicated advocate on their side.
